Here are some basic rules:

- After each use, cover the stool with the drying material.

- Toilet paper should be placed in a bin, not in the drying chamber, as it does not decompose quickly.

- In case of liquid defecation (diarrhea), more drying material should be used until everything is covered.

- During menstruation, waste is directed to the urine separator, but it is important to prevent clots from obstructing the entry of urine.

- The toilet should always be covered to prevent the presence of flies.

- Men may use the urinal if they prefer, adding a little water after each use.

- Both the toilet and the urinal should be cleaned regularly with a damp sponge and detergent to avoid unpleasant odors.
