● If your travel backpack is empty, add the services you want to book to check availability.
● Published rates are not valid for holidays, holidays or long weekends unless explicitly stated.
● We have special rates for school, college, university, work and other groups. Because there are a considerable number of people, it is recommended to inquire about our seasonal promotions.
● The value of the package is determined according to the number of people and nights.
● Children under 3 years old do not pay, they sleep with their parents and breakfast is not included.

● At the end of the PRE-RESERVATION request, inform if you want it as a voucher, receipt or electronic invoice.

● The certificate can be a screenshot, deposit photo or operation code.
● The balance is paid at the time of check-in at the hotel or office.

REFUND POLICY
● Flexible reservation: allows change of date subject to hotel availability.
● In case of reserving the room with the low season rate and the change is for high season, the guest must pay the rate difference.
● In case of NO ATTENDANCE , the pre-payment of the reservation will be lost.
● Non-refundable, no money returns are accepted.
● It is accepted to leave the reserve with an open date to be used until December 20 of this year.
● Service cancellations, between 30 to 10 days before the service start date.
● We are not responsible for costs generated by fortuitous events, such as natural disasters, strikes, among others.
● You can modify the order of the excursions, if you consider it necessary for the safety and success of the visit.
