📢 Our tour begins with an exciting presentation by our nature tourism guide. You will learn about the area we will visit and receive valuable recommendations to care for and preserve nature.
🚐 We pick you up from your hotel or meeting place to make sure you start this experience in the best way. Our private air-conditioned transport will take you safely and comfortably to the natural area we will explore.
🌿 Once there, we will embark on an exciting trekking where you will enjoy observing flora and fauna. We will discover exotic birds, beautiful plants, majestic trees and various animals that inhabit this area. Nature will surprise you at every step!
👀 We will continue our adventure with a visit to strategically located viewpoints. From there, you will be able to delight in stunning panoramic views and appreciate the biodiversity that surrounds this unique place.
🍽️ We will make strategic stops so you can rest and enjoy revitalizing snacks. In addition, you will have the opportunity to savor a delicious typical lunch of the area, which will allow you to taste the authentic flavors of Tarapoto.
⛵ If you are looking for more excitement, we offer optional activities such as boat rides, adapted to the characteristics of the natural area we will visit.

● Las tarifas publicadas no son válidas para feriados, días festivos o fines de semana largos salvo lo exprese explícitamente.
● Contamos con tarifas especiales para grupos escolares, colegiales, universitarios, laborales y otros, por ser una cantidad considerable de personas se recomienda consultar sobre nuestras promociones de temporada.
● El valor del paquete se determina según la cantidad de personas y noches.
● Menores de 3 años no pagan, duermen con los padres y no incluye desayuno.

● Al llenar el formulario PRE-RESERVA, informar si desea como comprobante, boleta o factura electrónica.

● La constancia puede ser una captura de pantalla, foto de deposito o código de operación.
● El saldo se cancela al momento de realizar el check in en el hotel u oficina de la agencia.

💁 La asistencia es permanente en todos los servicios.
🎟️La oferta o promoción puede ser tomada por otra persona hasta que se envíen los datos de reserva y se confirme con el anticipo del 50%.
POLÍTICA DE REEMBOLSO
● Reserva flexible: permite cambio de fecha sujeto a disponibilidad del hotel.
● En caso de reservar la habitación con la tarifa de temporada baja y el cambio es para temporada alta el huésped deberá abonar la diferencia tarifaría.
● En caso de NO ASISTIR, se perderá el pre-pago de la reserva.
● No reembolsable, no se aceptan devoluciones de dinero.
● Podrá modificar el orden de las excursiones, si lo considera necesario para la seguridad y éxito de la visita.
● REPROGRAMACIÓN DE RESERVA minimo 10 días antes de la fecha de inicio, se acepta dejar la reserva con fecha abierta para ser usado hasta el 20 de diciembre del presente año.
