🌿 Get ready for an exciting 7-hour adventure in Tarapoto, San Martín .
🚐 We will start by picking you up at 8:30 am from your hotel or meeting place to make sure your experience is as convenient as possible. Our air-conditioned transportation will take you comfortably to the beautiful natural area we will visit.
🌳 Before we head out into nature, our tour guide will give you an informative presentation about the area we will explore, along with important recommendations for the care and conservation of nature. It is crucial to preserve the natural beauty of Tarapoto!
🏞️ Our first destination will be the impressive Carpishuyacu / Pishurayacu Waterfalls, located in the town of San José, at km 32 of the road to Yurimaguas. We will take a 45-minute walk, where you will marvel at the lush virgin jungle that surrounds us. Get ready for some ups and downs, as the difficulty of the route is high.
🚣♀️ After the hike, we will descend some wooden stairs until we reach a small river, where we will cross in a handmade boat. It will be a unique experience. Once at the waterfalls, you will have the opportunity to bathe and admire the magnificence of the surroundings, while our guide tells you more about the history of the place. In addition, you can visit the nearby "Pishurayacu" waterfalls, just 50 meters from Carpishuyacu. Nature in all its splendor!
💆♀️ For a well-deserved break, we will head to the San José Thermal Baths, where you can immerse yourself in healing waters and enjoy their revitalizing properties. A perfect time to relax surrounded by nature!
🍽 After this revitalizing experience, we will ascend to the hamlet of San José to enjoy a delicious regional lunch. Savor the authentic flavors of the area and be captivated by the fresh ingredients and typical dishes.
🌙 Finally, we will begin the return to Tarapoto around 4:00 pm, taking with you unforgettable memories and the satisfaction of having lived a day full of adventures in the nature of San Martín.
👟 We recommend that you bring hiking shoes, comfortable clothing, a swimsuit, mosquito protection and sunscreen to fully enjoy this experience. Be careful when going down the stairs and remember to be respectful of nature, picking up all waste and taking care of the environment at all times.
